The following standard terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions upon which Simplify Professional Corporation (“Simplify”) will provide services to the you, the course purchaser ("User").
 
A. Intellectual Property - Simplify owns all materials, including the videos and supporting resources (PDF's, excel templates etc.) that are provided as part of this course.  These materials can be used by the User, but cannot be distributed to or shared with anyone else, unless permission is received from Simplify.  For clarity, the User is not allowed to share any course content or allow access to the course to anyone else, including sharing credentials.  If someone else wants access to the course, they may purchase it.  

B. Release and Limitation on Liability - Tax laws change on a regular basis and we always advise getting advice about your specific situation from a licensed Chartered Professional Accountant.  Simplify shall not be liable to the User and the User releases Simplify for all claims, damages, costs, charges and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements) incurred or suffered by the User related to, arising out of, or in any way associated with the course, to the extent that the aggregate of such amounts is in excess of the fees paid by the User to Simplify in connection with the course.  

C. Governing Law - This contract will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, and shall be deemed in all respects to be an Alberta contract.  The User and Simplify submit to the courts of that jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising under or by virtue of this Agreement.
